Terms and conditions
Any private person or organization can adopt one or more trees with Better Globe.
By adopting a tree you pay a price of 1000 PhP (or an equal amount in Euro or USD) per tree.
When adopting a tree the adoptee “own” the tree for 20 year and the adopted tree can be expected to give a “harvest on adoption” during the 20 years of “ownership”.
Anyone who adopts a tree and pay with a credit or debit card online can regret it within 14 days and get the whole amount paid back without any questions asked. The Adoption Package:
When adopting a tree you agree that 10% of the “adoption price” will be given to the humanitarian or environmental organization of your choice in the Philippines. This is done by ticking your choice when paying with your card online.
When adopting a tree you agree that equivalent to € 1.00 from the adoption amount will be given to Better Globe’s environmental tree donation program for covering 5 trees to be planted in the Philippines.
When adopting a tree you agree that equal to € 0.50 from the adoption amount will be given to Better Globe’s microfinance project for poor farmers.
When adopting a tree you agree that equal to € 0.50 from the adoption amount will be given to the NGO - Child Africa’s school building program for deaf children.
When adopting a tree you agree that equal to € 0.25 from the adoption amount will be given to the NGO - Mystica Charity Foundation (MCF)
When adopting a tree you agree that equal to € 0.25 from the adoption amount will be given to the NGO – People With Disabilities (PWD)
When adopting a tree you agree that Better Globe Forestry Ltd. Kenya will plant the adopted tree and they will take on the responsibility to plant and care for the tree over 20 years and send the monetary equivalent of the harvest from the adopted tree back to the adoptee in the Philippines, over 20 years

The Company will afford prospective adoptees and their professional advisors the opportunity to ask questions of, and receive answers from, the officers of the Company concerning such matters and to obtain any additional information (to the extent Better Globe possesses such information or can acquire it without unreasonable expense) necessary to verify the accuracy of any information set forth in the Terms & Conditions or company websites or brochures.
The Terms & Conditions or company websites or brochures may set forth or make reference to possible future prospective statements of harvested return. However, Better Globe gives no guarantees for a fixed amount as harvest from the adopted trees, just estimations.
